These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Atlas Parcel Express services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Our Services
Atlas Parcel Express provides domestic and international parcel delivery, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics services. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that does not comply with our policies or applicable laws.
3. Bookings & Orders
All bookings must be accurately completed with correct sender and recipient details.
Atlas Parcel Express is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or agreed credit terms.
4. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly not accepted for shipping:
Illegal substances and narcotics
Explosives and weapons
Counterfeit goods
Unidentified chemicals
Any item prohibited by local or international law
5. Liability
Atlas Parcel Express liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Claims for loss or damage must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
6. Payment Terms
All charges must be paid in full prior to shipment unless a credit account has been established.
Atlas Parcel Express reserves the right to hold shipments in the event of non-payment.
All applicable duties, taxes, and surcharges are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Customs & Compliance
The customer is responsible for ensuring all shipments comply with the import and export regulations of the origin and destination countries.
Atlas Parcel Express is not liable for shipments detained or seized by customs authorities due to incorrect or incomplete documentation provided by the customer.
8. Tracking & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed unless an express service has been purchased.
A shipment is considered delivered upon signature or confirmation at the destination address.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be requested before the shipment is collected.
Refunds are assessed on a case by case basis and are subject to applicable processing fees.
Express service fees are non-refundable once the shipment has been collected.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
